Scheduled service window was 12-2pm. Technician actually arrived shortly after 10:30am. I was very happy that the technician was not late, but also thankful that I was home when he arrived. Technician was professional and appears to have performed a thorough cleaning of my furnace. He also inspected my oil tank and gave me a printed receipt briefly describing the work he had done.
