"Butch" appeared at the time scheduled and completed our annual service superbly. While doing so, he served as teacher--explaining what he was examining and what the standards should be. I was especially pleased that he identified a shortcoming in chimney draft temperatures and corrected the problem promptly. He also determined that a rod in the water heater needed replacing, said that he would order the part, and that we could anticipate a technician appearing soon to replace the rod. I await that follow-up action.
