I've used Main Care for the 34 years I've lived here. The reason I never tried any other provider is I'm always satisfied with your service. On this occasion, I had a problem with my hot water. Your technicians showed up within three hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement heater, and installed it the next morning.

Main Care's Service is excellent! Every time I call, the reps handle the contact in a very polite, professional and prompt manner. I had my annual oil service done this week and the technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions about my heating system's performance. Both the person who answered the phone and the technician were professional, patient and knew their job. The technician arrived in about 4 hours of my early AM phone call, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. Thank you.
