I've used Main Care for the 34 years I've lived here. The reason I never tried any other provider is I'm always satisfied with your service. On this occasion, I had a problem with my hot water. Your technicians showed up within three hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement heater, and installed it the next morning.

Both the person who answered the phone and the technician were professional, patient and knew their job. The technician arrived in about 4 hours of my early AM phone call, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. Thank you.
