The technician was great, he made a quick repair during emergency hours (at emergency rates) and Beth (manning the office on a Saturday), did a great job in assisting me with the many questions I had. She did everything in her power to answer!

Everyone was great! My only complaint was one of the numbers I was given to return a call sent me to a connection where they offered me a gift card and wanted me to sign up for some shopping program. I finally had to hang up and call the other number. Other than that, everyone at MainCare was polite and helpful and got the job done!

My phone call in to your dispatcher was received promptly and handled very professionally. I was advised that the service person would arrive sometime that day but because of the high volume of calls, they may be late in the day. He did arrive in the evening, introduced himself, listened to my explanation of the problem and within 30 minutes fixed the issue, and was on to his next call. Both technicians were kind and communicative. I'm sorry the problem wasn't addressed fully with the first "overtime charge" visit, but the second man found a faulty sensor and replaced it. Given I was departing South for the winter months, having reliable heating in my condo was critical, so I appreciate the reliable response. Two days without heating is a small inconvenience when balanced against resolution of the problem. Thank you.

It would have been nice if whoever put the new propane in had left a note on my door that it was not totally hooked up and my stove and hot water heater would not actually work. I was quite upset when I went to make dinner and was unable to use the stove.
