I have been taking my dog to Maitland Veterinary Clinic for over 2 years. The staff is great and very sweet to my dog. Dr. Jordan does a great job and really cares for the animals.

Dr. Jordan and her staff have provided excellent care to my dogs for many years. The facility isn't the newest. And some days they close up early. But they provide great care and are very friendly to my dogs and me.

I too would agree that Dr. Jordan is an excellent vet. She is extremely intelligent, very cost conscious, and a great diagnostician. I've sent many people to her, all with glowing responses back. The only downside is that her hours are not as late as other vets in the area, and yes, sometimes her staff is not as administratively capable as others, BUT if you were to go to Affiliated Veterinary Specialists (also in Maitland), you'll pay 2x-3x the price and get half the service.

I just can't thank enough to the good caring technicians and the expertise of Dr. Jordan in getting our Sparky treatment when he most needed it. They are fast responsive and very caring and knowledgeable. They have a great team, all come to help and provide their support and healing when needed most. Wonderful practice.

My family and our dogs have been patients at Dr. Jordan's office for over 15 years. Dr. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. The current staff is back up to par and Ari is one of the best vet techs you will find anywhere. Maitland Veterinary has helped us through some very tough times with the passing of multiple dogs over the years. I have been going to Dr. Gordon for years. She is an excellent vet. I had taken by dog to an emergency clinic over a weekend and he was completely misdiagnosed. When I was able to get him to her, she knew just what was going on. The same thing actually happened when I recommended her to a friend whose cat was very ill over the weekend. The emergency clinic told her the cat would probably have to be put down, but when she took it to Dr. Gordon, she straightened out the problem. I have been bringing my four pets to Maitland Veterinary Clinic for the last several years. Dr. Jordan and her staff are very compasionate and understanding. The doctor takes time to make sure that all instructions are understood and answers any questions that I have. It is great to see the same faces and receive warm greeting everytime I come in. Front staff is great. After that, well....forget about doing anything else the day you have an appointment. You will wait a minimum of an hour to be seen. At my last visit, I was there for 90 minutes before the vet tech came to the exam room and said the doctor would be in shortly. After waiting another 30 minutes I had enough and left without my pet being seen. I'm seriously considering finding a new vet at this point.
