We took our cat Pancake in because we suspected she had an ear infection. She was acting normal, jumping off and on the counters and furniture, eating and drinking like normal. Playful, happy, just irritated with her ear. They did the initial check up and discovered she did have an ear infection. They did not run any blood tests. They said her heart sounded off, and suspected heart disease. I hate writing negative reviews but for the safety of your animals, get a second opinion. First, it felt like pulling teeth to get answers about some bumps on my dog. They didn't keep track of the growth of these bumps and were so quick to schedule a surgery where they put her under and cut them off. I had to keep asking what does this mean, what do you do in surgery, what do you do after? So many unanswered questions. I didn't feel like they were confident in the minimal answers they gave me. I recently took my rescued kitten to Maitland Animal Hospital. When leaving the clinic, a technician, who is also this location's manager, failed to zip her carrier. While he was carrying her to my car, she escaped and he proceeded to chase her behind the clinic, across train tracks and into the surrounding neighborhood. This resulted in my kitten being lost for 4 days and during this time, I received little to no help in my efforts to bring my kitten home safely from the manager responsible or Dr. Duprey. The worst place in the world. The dr thinks she's to good to talk to you. When she does talk to you she doesn't listen. I waited 1 hr to see the dr. I don't like her. She asked dumb question. She never acknowledged my dog. I was told she examined him while away from me. Why not while she had him in the room with me. I think she was scared to touch him And it's obvious that he is gentle. Let's start off by saying THANK YOU to Sarah for saving the day- she is always kind and empathetic about knowing what it's like to have a super hyper dog! She's professional and takes care of Leila and I while connecting with us through her warm personality! Don't seem to know what each other says or means. Not user friendly to the people bringing in pets. Somewhat very aloof and make you feel you are dumb. Finally left there for a MUCH better experience. Very happy now

ATTENTION PEOPLE... Do not bring your your fur babies here they do not know how to take responsibility when they messed up. Do not let a retired veterinary take your money Dr Lissette R. Esteban killed my fur baby, not only did she gave me 3 diagnosis but she also kept on saying in 3-4 different ways let me prepare you for the worst BUT SHE SHOULD BE FINE AFTER, 3hrs after taking her in my cat passed away. I had been taking my four pets (two dogs and two cats) to Dr. Jordan for about the past 1.5yrs. I was not particularly impressed with the office staff or Dr. Jordan's bedside manner(have never seen her perform a full physical exam on my pet), however, I was able to put that aside as the important thing is the quality of care that my pets receive. I had several problems with that office. They refuse to give my dog an antihistimine injection before her vaccines and insist I give her the benadryl orally before the visit, which does not work as effectively. My former vet before moving to Central Fla used to give her a shot of antihistamine & she never had problems. Just got back from the vet ER because she broke out in facial and body hives after taking a benedryll tablet 1 hour before her rabies vaccine as instructed. Never listening to them again!
