I had been taking my four pets (two dogs and two cats) to Dr. Jordan for about the past 1.5yrs. I was not particularly impressed with the office staff or Dr. Jordan's bedside manner(have never seen her perform a full physical exam on my pet), however, I was able to put that aside as the important thing is the quality of care that my pets receive. I had several problems with that office. They refuse to give my dog an antihistimine injection before her vaccines and insist I give her the benadryl orally before the visit, which does not work as effectively. My former vet before moving to Central Fla used to give her a shot of antihistamine & she never had problems. Just got back from the vet ER because she broke out in facial and body hives after taking a benedryll tablet 1 hour before her rabies vaccine as instructed. Never listening to them again! Update, Oct 2015: After reading Dr. Jordan's response saying that she is back and the office staff has changed, I am hopeful. Although I already found another veterinarian that I really trust, I wouldn't hesitate to return if needed. Dr. Jordan is back and the staff has changed. We are looking to make things running smoothly. With the clinic growing there will always be a few issues here and there. Our goal is to provide quality veterinary medicine at and affordable price while providing individualize treatment.

Because you moved out of state the clinic can not approve any prescription. Dr. Jordan is not licensed in the state of NC. If you lived in FL then your item would be approved. The ability to write prescriptions depends on the licensure of each state.
