Review for Mallory Square Overall, this is a very clean and well-maintained apartment community. The environment feels safe and secure — access to the parking garage requires a key fob, which adds an extra layer of security. The amenities are excellent, including a swimming pool, gym, and even a small convenience shop for snacks. Maintenance has also been very responsive and efficient whenever needed, which is a big plus. The only downside is the mandatory contract with Verizon.
