Great place to live Its hard to find anything to complain about. Perhaps the only complaint is that warm water dissipates quickly in the shower during winter. Havent had that experience elsewhere.
A great option near Rio I like the building and the amenities are good. I really dislike the parking situation as you have to pay for visitor parking every time. Other buildings will give you at least some comp parking passes for your guests per month
Tenant I like the staff and the staff are nice.
Maintenance needed, but great location It is very good location, some maintenance need to be done since the property is getting old.

Nice maintenance staff Maintenanxe staff is always prompt and responds well to requests to wear shoe covers and be mindful of pets
Love it I love living here all the staff is nice friendly and welcoming. They listen to all concerns and do everything they can to fix it. The only thing that I wish could be better is people with animals takencare of our community better. As well as th building.
