Excellent management! Nice apartments! I've lived in many apartments in the past couple of years and have always had bad experiences with the leasing office. The leasing office at Mallory Square has been excellent since move in! They are always attentive and super friendly and helpful! I have had zero issues with them thus far. I would highly recommend these apartments just for the management staff alone! The apartments are very quiet and spacious. The management staff is what makes this complex amazing!

We have all experienced poor management from our past rental properties. For me, I felt like I had one of the worst experiences of my life and the team at Mallory Square turned it all around for me. Great new place Staff is responsive and helpful. Amenities are great and clean, the place is full of life, and it's very comfortable. Located in a solid location close to many stores, restaurants, post office, etc. All in all a very pleasant place to live.

Pet Friendly, Nice Apartments, Friendly Staff I am a current resident, and have lived here almost two years. The property management staff is very friendly and accommodating. The apartments are modern and the surrounding neighborhood is comfortable and provides a feeling of safety. Most of all, the building is very pet friendly. My dog has many furiends and there are dog parks nearby.

I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this community. I love how prompt and cordial everyone is here. I just wish maintenance could fix all my requests in one visit. They had fixed my kitchen light but not my bathroom light. I will just put in another request.
