Pleasant I moved here about 2 months ago and have had a pleasant experience. The location is great and convenient for commuters. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made the move-in experience smooth. I love that the gym in the building is open 24 hours. The only issues are that the main trash room is locked randomly which causes trash bags to pile up outside and the parking garage is narrow and has no cameras. Other than that the neighborhood is safe and the people are great.

Living at Mallory Square I have lived here about 7 years, I love the convenience to beltway, 370, stores, and medical facilities. I like having a garage to park my car. The maintenance if needed is quick and responsive, Also the rent here is more reasonable than other apartments in the area.

2+ year resident When I first moved in, this was a community. Bozzuto made us feel at home and wanted to keep us going when the pandemic started. They were courteous, always tried to do the right thing and apologized if their hands were tied. While they weren't perfect, they had great customer services. Simpson is a "better business" I guess. Maintenance is done timely but they don't follow instructions. They feel transactional and they don't seem to take the time to listen to tenants. We no longer get the email updates with... read more
Nice place to live I moved to Mallory Square in transition from getting divorced. I have had a great experience. Amenities are great. Location is perfect but most of all the staff is fantastic. Pleasant, responsive and helpful! I highly recommend living here!
Great but needs work Great but I have small kids and the smell of weed and loud noise is really troubling
