Love this place I have been living here for a month and I absolutely enjoy it here. No major complaints.
Great location, friendly staffs It is really great location to live. It is close to 270, 370, shopping centers and etc. The staffs are very friendly and try to solve any issues. It is more than 10 year old now, need to touch up a bit with paint in garage entrance, hallway and carpet in the units and hallways.
Good place I have lived here for almost one year. It is a very nice place to live and very affordable. The walls are thin, and parking garage can be difficult to navigate. However, the amenities and resident events make up for it.
Experience Ramon and Alex have been awesome. Love the maintenance staff. I have had issues with noise from the tenants above me, package room is a mess, I was physically theatened by somone in the garadge when I wouldn’t click th into the enterence(need a remote to get in) and got previous tenants eviction notice months after they moved out.

Good value/great staff We have been here a year. During that time, we have appreciated the friendly, and responsive staff. We enjoy the workout and yoga room, and Winedown Wednesday once a month. The pool is easy and the patio areas are kept up on. It's a good value for the location. Residents for the most part are courteous.
Pleasant I moved here about 2 months ago and have had a pleasant experience. The location is great and convenient for commuters. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made the move-in experience smooth. I love that the gym in the building is open 24 hours. The only issues are that the main trash room is locked randomly which causes trash bags to pile up outside and the parking garage is narrow and has no cameras. Other than that the neighborhood is safe and the people are great.
