I would highly recommend Manfred School of Conituing Ed, I took the real estate class and all their material was right on point and they made the learning very functional and easy to navigate.

I have my Real Estate license but I would go to classes at Manfred even if I didn't. I have learned so many valuable things attending Manfred classes and the networking is wonderful as well.
The detail and hands on every teacher that John and Heather is truly amazing. Cant wait to continue taking continuing ed courses in the near future just knowing how supportive they are!!!!
This was an excellent experience. The teachers were almost all superb. The exam at the end was way more difficult than the state test so you really feel prepared. I had trouble with how much info was packed into 8/9 days. I've been an excellent student all my life but it's really too much to absorb. I would suggest extending the class by 3 days to help with that. It's seriously exhausting to cover that much material in class then go home and read the next 3 chapters for the next day.

The staff as well as owners of this company are as top notch as you can get in this industry in my opinion. If I had a question or rare problem they were on it immediately and always followed. There is no need to look any further for either continuing education or online classes to become licensed, clearly tops in the field.
The instructors and great and the material they cover should be a requirement for everyone to learn during their life. Very useful and fun. The 2 weeks went be very quickly.
