Manfred was recommended to me by my own broker, since it's where she received her licenses. Once I started the class, I felt like I was in a real classroom, even though I was taking the lessons at home. The course is broken up into edible sections and definitely dives deep into topics, offering up a wealth of information that may not be provided by other schools. It was a real challenge and well worth it!

The Manfred family runs an office as user friendly as possible. They 'll bend over backward for you, provide free coffee and popcorn (a life saver after six hours of classes), and are friendly all around. It is clear that your success is their success.

I had the best of both worlds - with the first 40 hours of class taken at Clifton Park New York (( with AMAZING instructors at the top of the field)) , and the last 30 hours online - - with very good technical support - I would recommend this school over any other - thanks again ! This was the perfect real estate school!! They were super helpful with answering questions, everything about the online program was organized, clear, and helpful. I took my time, studied hard, took detailed notes and many practice tests and I passed both the school exam and the state test on the first try! I couldn't be happier I went with Manfred and I highly recommend them.
