I attended the Hybrid Real Estate Salesperson course at Manfred Real Estate Learning Center in September 2016 and had a great experience. It was just the kind of fast-track and flexible program I wanted. I did an intense week of 40 hours in the classroom, followed by a week of 35 hours online from home. I was enrolled with Manfred for the Real estate Salesperson course. I chose the Hybrid class which was five full school days in class instruction and the rest of the course material was done online. I like bed this option. I had an hour commute everyday and two little children at home so this made the most sense for me.
