Great customer service. I have been seeing almost always, the same hygienist. We have created a personal relationship and I am comfortable with her and happy when she sees me. I like Dr Lam, he is funny but professional.

Everyone at this office is friendly,professional and knowlegable. Clear explanations for prevention and treatment plans are given.I have been coming to this office for a long long time and I have never been disapointed with the care given to me.

From the moment I walked in until I left I felt like I mattered. Every one very friendly. The hygienist i saw went out of her way to make sure all was perfect. Several times she did not like something she saw and went back over it to make sure it was right. Usually when i have my teeth cleaned elsewhere i would ache for days. No problem with that here. No complaints as of now.

I always enjoy my visits at Maple Brook Dental, for the staff is always curtious to it's customers and I can expect the best in dental technology and quality with Dr Lam's expertise.
