Office was clean and inviting; I was greeted as soon as I entered. Wait time was minimal, maybe two minutes at most. Hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable of her job. She explained up-front was was to be done that day. Time with the dentist was minimal, but I had no problems or concerns and he found nothing so that's probably OK.
My visit was a great experience...thank you Dr. Lamb's office..
EVERYTHING WENT FINE
Dr. Lam and the staff at Maple Brook Dental Center are excellent. I feel fortunate to have been recommended to Dr. Lam by a friend many years ago.
I waited 40 minutes before Dr Lam was free. A phone call syaing he was running 30 - 40 minutes late would have been appreciated. The actual visit was great. THe work was first class and the teeth feel "normal" Thank you
I feel that the technicians at Maple Brook Dental are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I always feel I am getting very good service from everyone, especially Dr. Lam.
My last visit on April 22nd was a very pleasant experience. From the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Lam I could not be more satisfied and feel more cared for as a patient. I'm very happy to have you all as my oral care professionals. The music was a genre that I also enjoyed. Considering a dental visit always makes me nervous, visits like this are golden.
Dr. Lam and his staff are always respectful of my concerns. He takes great care in my comfort level. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
my dad is 87 years old and he came to see Dr. Lam in hope of new denture or fix the old one. But Dr. Lam did not do denture.just do exam and x-ray. wnen came out to the reception. one lady at front desk ask me " your dad don't have teeth?". I said, yes. she start laughing behind monitor. I feel bad

I wanted to take the opportunity to respond to your review, I took your original call and I know we were scheduling your hygiene visit. After we did so, you added that you would like to schedule your father also for his cleaning and although I should have asked more questions to determine the additional needs of the appointment for your father, I kept it simple since he was a first time patient with us.
