Dr. Lam is great. He knows what a terrible patient I am, but has never lost his patience or willing to work with me. This was my first pain free visit to a dentist. I look forward to come back in the summer for a checkup. I do appreciate all the innovative tools Dr. Lam is implementing from the email reminders to the fast insurance co-pays.
