Our first tour in a retirement community. Receptionist was welcoming, wearing a protective mask and called our guide right away. We were provided with a brochure and a lot of information about Maravilla. We toured the main building, a model single bedroom and rec rooms. Had a very nice lunch. We learned a lot on this tour

Lori was very professional- she called to confirm the appointment, was on time, and called to follow-up in case I had any questions. The tour was efficient with information provided in a timely manner. I was very impressed.

We were interested in viewing the independent Court Appartments. The one-bedroom is small but surrounded by lovely grounds. We saw all that Maravilla has to offer, which was pleasant. The neighbors in the courtyard were friendly.

The grounds, the apartments, the people and the FOOD all fantastic. What a lovely property! I can imagine feeling very safe and secure and happy living in Maravilla. I know i am not prepared to make a move in the immediate future, due to having a senior dog and cat, I intend to reach out to someone in sales to answer a few questions I have. Thank you for your hospitality and opportunity to explore your property.
