Marcia Volin worked hard to make sure that we could pay our own taxes and insurance instead of having an escrow. That was very important to us. Any questions we had, she patiently and effectively answered. Working with her made getting a mortgage in one state while living in another state so seamless and quick. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a very stressful time.
