I had a challenging loan with it being a VA loan and a new home with the builder not being an official builder. Marcos and team were able to assist both me and the builder to bring the loan across the line. He definitely went above and beyond and helped to make the process as easy as possible for me!
I regretted not using his company instead of the company we got stuck with, but still he was guiding us through each stages of our process as being a first time buyer and didn’t want the other company to take advantage of us. He was always ready to help and guide us through any documents we were required to sign.
