We started the home buying journey about 60 days ago after dealing with the first Lender they said that they couldn’t approve the buyers because their debt ratio was 51%. I was referred to Marcos and Mariana. They took a look and said we have programs that can fit their needs. They turned a difficult situation challenging situation into a possible situation and they were able to help me and my buyers purchase their first home.

Always answered our question was great at explaining the loan process never ignored our calls if I had to rate them from 1-10 they were a 10 we would recommend Marcos and his team with financing a loan to purchase a new house we will be using them when the time comes to refinance
