Mr. Marcos Granda was AWESOME!!! I was very pleased with all his GREAT attention to detail. He always had the time for me, night / day, weekday or weekends, he was always available to answer all my questions. I actually was very impressed when he said I may come to his office and sit down so he could explain and answer all my questions, which I did meet with him.

Initially i was nervous. This was first home purchase. This was a life changing purchase. Marcos and his team walked me through the entire process and immediately felt more at ease. They helped me figure what i could afford. They were never pushy. They connected me with a great realtor. i can honestly say i have zero complaints. The process was a lot smoother than i expected. I guess this is what happens when you work with good people that know what they are doing. i know who i will call when i ready for my next step.
