My experience with Marcos was the best ever! Going into my refinance I wanted to use the current bank I had the mortgage with. When the interest rates hit all time loan we thought of refinancing again since we just did one a year ago. We contacted Marc out of curiosity and he gave us all the info we need to make a decision. We did not do it right away and waited for a little bit but Marc was very patient with us. When he strongly advised us to go for it because the rates will climb up (he knew and it actually did) but Marc still helped us secure the rate we want. As a first time buyer I had little knowledge of the housing market, but Marcos and his team sat with us and explained to us everything that was required to get pre approved, once approved he walked us step by step until we found our home and closed a deal!
