I worked with Marcos 12 years ago and the service I got was fantastic that I had to refinance with him. I couldn’t believe he still remembered me after such a long time. He goes above and beyond what you expect. He gave me a lower interest rate than my mortgage lender then a few days later calls to tell me he has a lower rate for me. He gives you peace of mind and updates every now and then on how the loan is doing without you having to ask. I have and will continue to recommend him.

Marcos just finished our loan on our recent home. I have know Marcos for over 16 years when he helped me purchase my home in La Puente. 2 years ago we decided that we wanted to upgrade to a bigger house so I reached out to Marcos and we came up with a game plan. Mr. Granda and his team made our refinancing process go very smoothly. During this pandemic they were all very patient with us, from signing electronically and walking us through the entire process until the day we signed the documents in person. Our calls were always answered and they all made us feel comfortable. My wife and I are both very happy with the loan.
