I call them "My Girls", and as a small business owner I high expectations for customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to make my home purchase and reality. I had many hurdles to get over, and with their direction I was able to do it 33 days after contacting Preferred Rate I was closing. They were constantly in touch during the entire process. I never got to meet in person, but felt like we were friends by the time this was finished.. I am forever grateful for their real commitment to make this happen for me.
