The team at Preferred Rate are absolutely amazing to work with. I got the pleasure to work with almost everyone on the team. They all went above and beyond for my family and I. If you looking for a lender I highly recommend using them. Not only did they keep me updated and in the loop every step of the way, they also didn’t allow low normal business hours to affect the process. They responded and reached out to me after hours to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Absolutely love them and will use them again!!!!

I have now been blessed to have done business w/ Marissa & Margo 3 times. Each time I have sold a home, I referred my buyers to Marissa & Margo because I know how much smoother the process would go and ultimately did go. I will never use anyone else when buying and I will always refer people to them. My most recent buyers were going through a credit union and after referring them to Marissa & Margo they left the credit union and closed their loan with Marissa & Margo. I am so grateful for their entire team.
