Saw Dr. Helms and April this morning (12/6) after a bad experience with another dentist. They were both extremely kind and knowledgeable. Both worked very hard to undo the damage that had been done from my previous dentist. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.
Most recently, I had a tooth with a twinge and needed to schedule an appointment on short notice. Toni found a spot for me on the schedule, and Wendy and Dr. Helms provided some really helpful information about what was going on. That has been my experience down through the years as well. I like everyone in the office and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Helms & Co. for anyone needing dental care.
The staff is very personal an professional. T?he appointment was exactly on time. Dr Helms was efficient, informative and excellent in every way. I highly recommend this dental practice.
This was my first time back to the dentist in years!I've had some interesting experiences, but this was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and prompt. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and caring. She explained everything she did before she did it, so I always knew what was going on. I have the BEST dentist and dental staff in Raleigh. I would NEVER go anywhere else. Kind, friendly, gentle and cater to cowards like me.
I love this office. Dr. Helms, the hygienists, and office staff are knowledgeable, professional and personable. Great experience each time I visit.
