Great visit! Everybody is so friendly and office does an excellent job of staying on schedule and being prompt. Dental assistants and Dr. Helms do an excellent job keeping you informed of everything that is going on with each tooth. That I Like! A new Patient--DB

i used to hate going to the dentist! the guilt tactics and the 'if you don't' scenarios, all that scarey stuff that most dentists use, it just filled me with negative energy that would wear off after a week or two. it felt like the hygenist and doctor were trying to punish me in the chair for being a bad boy. Dr. Helms and Tara, they inspire me with postivitiy that lasts for months! Kinda crazy, but i actually look forward to seeing them again in 6 months with a great looking set of teeth.

Dr. Helms and his wonderful staff have provided my family and I with nothing less than excellent care. As soon as you walk through the door, you are surrounded by warm and caring staff members in a clean, state of the art, and relaxing environment. I am new to the area and asked my physician to recommend a dentist. Dr. Helms was highly praised. My Father and Grandfather were dentists and I have worked in the dental offices during high school and college, making me aware of good practices. I now will highly suggest anyone looking for an excellent office around Raleigh, call Dr. Helms office.
