This is one... (Verified Renter) This is one of the cleanest, most well-maintained communities I've ever lived in. On the rare occasions I have a maintenance issue, it is always handled promptly and fixed correctly the first time. The housekeeping personnel go above and beyond to ensure the hallways and common areas are kept clean and tidy. This is not an easy job given the large size of this community. Unfortunately there was... (Verified Renter) Unfortunately there was no negotiation when I went to renew my lease. Because I knew several others with my same floor plan, I did compare pricing. I was paying the highest rent of 7 people. Very unfortunate.
The main reason... (Verified Renter) The main reason I leased at this property was because it was advertised as smoke-free. It is disappointing that smoking is allowed on balconies such that I cannot keep my windows open or my home will smell like smoke. It is equally disappointing that the outdoor amenities are not smoke-free. This should be made clear to potential residents when touring. The other smoke-free properties in this area are truly smoke-free ? including no smoking in balconies and in amenity areas.

I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this property. No negative experiences. However, I think the concierge and staff could be a little more warm and friendly. While they are attentive and prompt to resolve issues, I find them a little stand offish.
