Best Place I Have Ever Lived! I recently just moved out of Marshall Park after moving to another town for work. I lived at Marshall Park for one year. This is hands down the best place I have ever lived! For reference, I'm 29 and have lived all over the country. First off, the apartments are beautiful. Very sleek and modern design. Great Place I LOVE this place! It has everything I want! A huge garden tub, a nice size balcony, A great fridge, with a water and ice maker, hardwood floors in the entire house, except for the bedroom, that has nice barber carpet. Also there is a covered parking garage and an amazing workout area and pool! I have looked all over for what I want and this is the only place i found! The staff id very nice and accommodating as well. Ask for Seth or Kyle! Tell them Eduardo sent you!
All on You My experience here so far has not been a great one. So let me explain. When I first moved in, it was amazing... no deposit, top floor, great floor plan with great bathtub/shower. After about a month and a half, I started to smell cigarette smoke inside the building. Management did nothing about it for months. Would not recommend... (Verified Renter) Would not recommend community based on cleanliness of halls, elevator lobbies, stairwells and parking deck. Also number of packages stolen from front door delivery and mailroom.

This place has... (Verified Renter) This place has gone downhill since I first moved in 3 years ago. The outside needs power washed and repainted. The grounds are constantly trashy. The parking garage is full of trash and the 6th floor leaks terribly when it rains. I have put up with construction both inside and outside for most of the time that I have lived here. If it weren't for the office staff and convenient locale, I would have left a long time ago.
My primary grievance... (Verified Renter) My primary grievance at this time is the failure of promised security to the living premises from the parking garage. I reported the broken locking mechanism 5-6 days ago (though the insecure gate had been extant for a couple of weeks). I was told that my report was the first, but other neighbors relate having reported it multiple times over an extended period. Purely my own... (Verified Renter) Purely my own opinion and nothing that can be done, but I have to walk a "long" way to my apartment and the parking deck takes a while to drive through. I underestimated the annoyance living in a large complex would create.
