(Verified Renter) I would have stated very likely except for the current state of pet urine and trash concerns me, especially since the complex is not full and I'm sure more pets will be added. To smell trash and pet urine every morning when taking my son to school or getting the mail, somewhat sets the tone for my day. Otherwise I love living here, the location is great, community is quiet and safe and neighbors are friendly.
