First visit at massage envy today and after the worst massage of my life, I was told to book a facial and they would give me a free upgrade to make up for it. I was very specific when I called in to schedule with what kind of massages I like. I got the opposite of what I asked for and the therapist barely touched the area I told him needed a little extra attention. Stay far away from this location!
