Worst experience ever, and I've been a client for over a decade. This location is the pits. The girls in the front are rude, crass and immature. My session was rudely ended by the therapist with a personal problem and the hustled me out the door like a cow. If you want unprofessional, go here. Otherwise go to the other locations. At least their front staff actually greets you.

I initially posted a review in January rating this place with 5 stars, specifically recognizing Santa Maria (who is awesome). My review changed today after I was turned away from the front desk receptionist. I initially made an appointment this morning for a 4pm appointment with Santa Maria. I can't speak to other Massage Envy locations, but after a year of dealing with them, I had enough and had to cancel my contract. The masseurs are fine--three of them are very good--the problem is the front office & reception. When they first opened they weren't very busy I don't think, because I could always call and get an appointment. Then it got to where I had to book farther out in advance.
