Got my first professional massage done and it happened to be a prenatal one! Everyone was so friendly there and welcoming! Keayra was amazing and I would definitley recommend to go see her. Can't wait to go back after the little one arrives :)

My fiancé & I have had a couples massage booked for almost 4 weeks (mine was a prenatal massage). We go to our appointment (today) & get a call as we’re pulling into the parking lot - mind you, we live 45 minutes away - that all of a sudden they have to cancel MY appointment because the girl that was doing mine was sick and had to leave. 10 minutes prior to the appointment!!! Impossible to get appointments… I was sold a membership that is not a usable item, there is no availability to book an appointment. This is frustrating and stressful, which I have explained is the opposite of a healthy, relaxing massage. I was assured they were hiring more people and offered the opportunity to freeze my account. Hubby and I went for massages today. I was pleased with my massage(Julie) but for the extra $15 for the foot massage I felt it didn’t happen. My husband on the other hand was very displeased with his complete service (Melissa) said he spoke a few times about her being too gentle to no avail 😣 and refuses to go back again because as he paid the $170 no one apologized for his dissatisfaction of his service but only was aggressive in trying to offer us to sign up for future massages 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️!

So I booked my massage on there website Sunday morning after throwing my back out. I booked it for that day at 6:00 pm. I drove 30 minutes to come to this place and show up and they don’t have me down for an appointment. They then tell me they are having trouble with there site and can’t get me in until next day when I have to work. I said well then why do you have the option to book on your site if you are having problems. Then I am told its a corporate thing. Went once for a stretch that was suppose to be 30 mins and was only 15! Then went back for an hour massage and it was nothing but pain, I got a new person and kept digging he knuckles into me! Will not go back! Only went there because I had. Gift card
