I signed up to do the monthly massage ordeal for a year the month before I got pregnant and diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum. Being so sick I was not able to go in to get my massages and still got charged each month. My husband called to cancel and faxed over a Dr.s note which should have voided the contract, however they claimed they never received the fax and was still charging us. Without a doubt one of the worst companies it has ever been my misfortune to deal with. Go ahead and try to cancel your membership. You'll get the runaround and even after you manage to get some one to say they'll cancel it they will continue to charge you. Stat away.
