Our beloved cat was hit by a car, and needed care and assessment right away. Even though we had not taken pets there before, they worked Remy in to the schedule on the spot, and she was seen as quickly as I was able to get there. Amy was courteous and helpful; staff greeted me in parking lot and visit was handled smoothly and courteously, with masks and social distancing. Tinkerbell was and Bandit is taken good care of there. They are gentle (Tinkerbell) and patient (Bandit) and have your pet’s best interest in mind.
The staff is pet and owner friendly and provide excellent care and advice. I experienced a positive social distancing visit yesterday while never going in the building. The vet called me 3 times, before the exam, after the exam and when the lab results were in. My pet was with me most of the time in my vehicle and it was very efficient. I would do it again for sure.
Our brand new puppy got possibly scratched in the eye by a cat and 2 other places were closing an hour after them and wouldn’t see him and said to bring him to Cville ER vet. Massanutten took him no questions asked a half hr before closing knowing I still had to drive over there and were so friendly and efficient. He was checked over and sent home with drops and will be just fine. I’m behind grateful and very impressed with their service.
