Matt Heidorn was reassuring and answered all my questions. It was easy to sign documents online and if I needed to talk about the paperwork we would setup a time to call and he answered or if he didn't he gave me his cell number just in case. Damis was my loan processor and she did great as well letting me know what I needed in a timely manner.
