The process was quick and easy. Whenever I had a question Matt would respond quickly by phone or email. The portal is formatted so that is easy to navigate and understand. The whole process start to finish was just 5 weeks. I would with out a doubt recommend Matt for your next mortgage!!

I was not happy with the app used. Very limited security (no log-in required each time) considering the content of the information being shared was quite sensitive. Also the services for linking banking and employment information regularly did not work. Last concern was that we didn't get final confirmation of approval until 1 day before closing which was cutting it very close.
