Mr. Matt Peebles was able to close my loan in the COVID-19 pandemic situation timeframe even one day prior to the initial scheduled day. He was able to do it while other loan brokerage and lenders were struggling even closing loans because he wrote a letter to underwriter, prepared any documents for underwriter, thinking upfront helped us to have everything approved in the first round of underwriter's review. We reached out directly to Matt, based on our past experience with him a few years ago. We had additional obstacles and challenges that he was able to walk us through, to successfully acquire our home. This year, we agin had the same level of professionalism and clarity through a refinance. He was always accessible to answer all of our ongoing questions.

I was unable to actually work with Matt, bit with the challenges my family was facing trying to find a home and getting what we were actually qualified for, Matt was an invaluable source of information. Even though it was an hour away from my old house, Matt took care of everything ... Matt provided the mortgage for a house I bought in Longview. I moved there from Cascade Park. Even though it was an hour away from my old house, Matt took care of everything to make sure we closed on time. I was able to get rid of my high rent payments and start puting my money into my own house. Apartment living was getting really stressful and it's nice to get out of there and in my own plac. Our transaction was a hard one because we were buying a house with 2 tax lots. Matt is a skillful lender. He helped us save a lot of money and was always honest in his dealings. You never feel pressured like a lot of sale people. Very cool guy, easy goin. You never feel pressured like a lot of sale people. He looks the part of a pro, but very cool personality. We just followed his directions and everything went smooth.
