He was insulting and patronizing .I finally ditched him when he asked for money ... Matt needs to adjust his attitude and remember that he is working for the borrower and not the lender . I was strung along for a couple of weeks being told that he had a lender ready to lend the money . He was insulting and patronizing .I finally ditched him when he asked for money in advance and wanted a 90 exclusive contract plus his commission was double what the other brokers are asking . Not a good way to do business Matt .
