A heart of gold and integrity which made this whole thing feel safe and consistent. I am especially happy with the ease of facilitation with which I was provided to be able to securely email sensitive documents. The process was a bit drawn out but that was due to this covid situation. Matt was very helpful throughout and helped us to "jump through all the hoops " to get all the legal documentation for the loan. I would not hesitate to recommend him for anyone needing a loan.

Was referred to Matt by long time RE broker. From initial introduction Matt went above and beyond in keeping us abreast of where we were in the process. Great discussions on when to and when not to lock. With great patience we were able to obtain our desired rate. Best loan experience in our 52 years of marriage.

Mr. Matt Peebles was able to close my loan in the COVID-19 pandemic situation timeframe even one day prior to the initial scheduled day. He was able to do it while other loan brokerage and lenders were struggling even closing loans because he wrote a letter to underwriter, prepared any documents for underwriter, thinking upfront helped us to have everything approved in the first round of underwriter's review.
