After doing extensive research online on mortgage refinance, I came across First Internet Bank and was blown away by their extremely competitive rates. While I was obviously skeptical of using an online bank, FIB and our loan officer - Max Kotterman - were first class all the way, and much more attentive then traditional brick and mortar banks we used in the past. I would recommend FIB to anyone looking for awesome rates and fantastic service.

I have completed a mortgage with Max Kotterman and his team three times - in August 2018 when we purchased our new home, in March 2019 when we refinanced, and in February 2020 when we refinanced a second time. Max and the other employees I worked with did a fantastic job all three times.
