Let me start by saying that we had a great first half to our car buying experience. The dealership had been recommended to us by a friend so we had higher than normal expectations. Jimelle was helpful and friendly, but had some challenges answering some of our questions. But, he knew exactly who to call in and Risa was extremely helpful, and she was able to go into more detail on some of the answers we needed before we could make a decision. I had a very lovely experience with the people at Claremont- the business aspect went very smoothly as well. Riza is such a lovely person and definitely met us in the middle where we were both happy. Art also went ahead and introduced us to Luis, who is an expert in the car we were interested in and even shared some of his insights and personal preferences. Overall a very pleasant experience, especially with one as special as me buying my first car at this location.
