Our salesman, Geovany Castañeda, was patient with us. Very accommodating to us as well as with our children during the process. He was also knowledgeable about each vehicle we asked questions about. Finance Mnanger, Arash, was patient and very courteous and helped make our experience at Mazda of Claremont a pleasant one.
Let me start by saying that we had a great first half to our car buying experience. The dealership had been recommended to us by a friend so we had higher than normal expectations. Jimelle was helpful and friendly, but had some challenges answering some of our questions. But, he knew exactly who to call in and Risa was extremely helpful, and she was able to go into more detail on some of the answers we needed before we could make a decision. the staff are all great! Mazda of Claremont has good customer service. they understand that your time is important and if you leave your car for a few days they give you a loner car.

Service was handled in a timely manner and Martin was very professional. I appreciated receiving a call approximately 2 hrs before pickup so I could manage my time appropriately
I have not used the service center since the vehicle was purchased new. I plan in using the service center in the future.
