The staff is great the vets are understood of your concerns and take the time to listen. my other dog is hard to deal with and they take it in strike.
I dropped in to pick up some cat food yesterday and my toddler decided that her stuffed puppies were sick and needed a check up. While this single example doesn’t indicate the quality of vet practice they are, it tells you the kind of amazing people they have on staff. Regarding actual quality of care for our real pets (dog and 2 cats), there aren’t enough ways to say how awesome and caring they are every single time we come in.
Dr. Jones and Dr. Scott McAbee are amazing doctors. My parent started using them in 1974. Dr. Jones is so smart and kind! She knows I love my cats. Dr McAbee is also very kind! He’s an EXCELLENT orthopedic doctor. He amputated my cat’s leg years ago. I will be so sad when they eventually retire because they have so much knowledge. I highly recommend those 2 doctors.
Amazing! After 4 emergency vets said they had no room to see our husky who was having seizures, this place told us to come right in and they got labs and medicine for him right away. Super impressed. Very nice and knowledgeable vet!!
I absolutely love this place. They took such amazing care of my girl Luna!!! Didn't try to upcharge me. Just did what was best for her. I am happy to say I will be using them permanently for all of my furbabies !
I was on the hunt for a new vet anyway after my last vet misdiagnosed my dog who ultimately ended up dying because of it. With my new dog, I was still in research phase but ultimately found McAbee because they were one of the only places in all of Orlando that have long hours (7am-7pm) and have a brilliant online scheduling system. My new puppy was very sick over the weekend so I needed to know that I could get her in somewhere early in the week. The online system confirmed it for me so I had peace of mind.
