McDivitt Law Firm provides so much "GOOD WILL" to the Colorado Springs community. You will find them paying for taxi rides home during major holidays. They are looking out for the safety of the people who have been drinking and shouldn't be driving. By offering this service to us they are keeping us all safe. I rated FIVE STARS - EXCELLENT because of their very caring, professional communication. They first walked me through the process of dealing with an insurance company which offered an insulting settlement to me when I was doing it myself to recover for an auto accident. They then proceeded to put together a case so strong that the insurance company paid policy limits and my insurance company paid on my uninsured/underinsured coverage. Ale is The Best She has been the rock to my world helping me when i needed to know what was going on. She kept me informed and let me know all the information that was needed and took the time to tell me, She saved my life. I was injured at my job and immediately went to McDivitt to open a workman's comp. case. It was a long 4 months of physical therapy and doctor appointments and luckily, I never had to have surgery! Anyway, they were on top of it all the way. Returning phone calls, emails and answering all my crazy questions. Even when my attorney was replaced with another, I thought, oh crap, but Nicole Smith did a wonderful job of picking up the ball!! And I can't say enough about Amanda Garcia and Kristin Becker!!
