I am really impressed with the McDivitt family, and a special thanks to Aron Kennedy and Kristian Becker! They made a huge difference in the outcome of my Worker's Comp. case. Worse experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer they took almost half now we’re in the hole 35,000 dollars because they couldn’t do what they said they would do! They didn’t replace our car we lost they didn’t get enough for the medical bills and they still took out almost of the little bit they did get! So now we’re stuck with no car and no way to pay the 35,000. And my wife still has a year of physical therapy to do! That we’re paying out of pocket for. I recommend do not use these people. I am client of theirs and ever since they got paid they could careless about my portion of the settlement. I have an agreement to be paid bi-weekly. I've only received a single payment a month. now I have bills piling up. when I called and asked what they are going to do about it . I was told to deal with it it's USPS . but my lady can order something online and receive it within a week. last payment was sent out June 29 2020 I received it on the July 17th . and nothing since.
