I am client of theirs and ever since they got paid they could careless about my portion of the settlement. I have an agreement to be paid bi-weekly. I've only received a single payment a month. now I have bills piling up. when I called and asked what they are going to do about it . I was told to deal with it it's USPS . but my lady can order something online and receive it within a week. last payment was sent out June 29 2020 I received it on the July 17th . and nothing since.

We understand your frustration with the process of receiving workers’ compensation checks. Unfortunately those checks are mailed directly from the insurance company. Even though we have made repeated requests, the Workers Compensation insurance carriers do not allow injured workers to receive their benefits through direct deposit. Felt like they gave up on my case, if I had to do it all over again I'd more than likely go with someone else. To be fair they did win, but the effort they put into the victory was less than desirable.
