Friendly, courteous, and very helpful staff. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Heeren was excellent-he performed a thorough evaluation and provided a detailed explanation of the treatment plan. I highly recommend him and his staff.
This was my first visit to an endodontist and as soon as I walked in until I finished and left the office I felt comfortable and appreciated as a person. I knew they were not trying to pitch unnecessary procedures (which I didn’t need any 🎉). The receptionist was very pleasant, the technician was very patient and professional taking pictures of my teeth. The doctor was very kind and thorough explaining the results of the scans. Probably the best dental experience I’ve had. Thank you M.City Endodontics.
Dr.Tom Heeren and his staff was the best I’ve ever encountered. Had to have emergency root canal and his team accommodated me immediately. Thank you for that you did.
I found M-City to be very compassionate in the care they provided. Every step of my procedure was explained fully. They took time make me feel at ease about the cost and what should be done and when. All of the staff was professional and kind.
I highly recommend this dental office for any dental needs. I had to schedule an emergency appointment and April at check in went above and beyond to explain to me what I needed, what financing options I had and etc. I had an issue with payment because of bank and they were very kind to help me resolve it and got me seen in a timely manner.
