I was seen by Dr. Heeren last Wednesday for a root canal after I had an unpleasant experience with a previous endodontist. He was kind, understanding, and excellent at explaining what he was planning to do. His staff was also excellent. His assistant stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. I was in so much pain from my tooth for months but now my tooth feels so much better and I am no longer in pain!!

New patient. Got referred here & it is a wonderful place! Everyone is lovely from the reception desk, to the assistants, to the dentist himself. They took care of me & treated me well, & they are all wonderful to have conversations with. They saved my disintegrating molar that had been needing a root canal for years. They’re honest & work with you well. Would recommend them to anybody & I will be returning for more dental work.

I just had a root canal done with M City and my experience was outstanding! Vanessa at the front was awesome and very professional. Once my name was called by the assistant she was very inviting and friendly. She was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough with her work and made me feel super comfortable. So once the dentist came in, he was very professional and gave me his name and greeted me with a smile. Doctor was awesome. He was the first person to actually numb me. Process was easy and smooth and he really helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Vanessa was really helpful with explaining and breaking down the bill for me. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and supportive. I don’t just recommend, I insist you go here if able.

Dr. Heeren and his team are absolutely phenomenal! They care deeply about their patients and always go the extra mile! The administrative and dental staff are very warm and welcoming. They even squeezed me in for a next-day appointment when no one else in Nashville would see me. I’ve been to this office twice and have had great experiences each time! I strongly recommend anyone in the Nashville or nearby area to visit M. City Endo!
