Great experience. Very nice, friendly technician. He explained what he had done and all was good positive feedback.
The technician was quick and professional. He explained that the system had been resetting itself after the power outage. It took longer (hours longer) as the unit hadn't been turned "off" after the power outage when power returned. Further, he said when that happens and power is returned again to just turn the unit off, then wait 5-10 minutes and turn the system back on. The system will reset, much faster..
The service tech and his helper was really nice and professional. They answered all of my questions and performed the job in a timely manner.
Octavio did a great job! He was so polite. He worked so quickly and was so quiet. He cleaned the outside unit really well. I’m very pleased with the service.
