Love the staff there! Dr Stout has been great for my animals!! When we lost our best dog she was compassionate and sent a personalized card. She was great with my cat as well!
The best vets and vet techs ever. My dog, Bruno, is a little psychotic. I adopted him about six months ago and he has not had the easiest life prior to my adopting him. He's afraid of people and becomes aggressive at the vet. I've never felt judged by the staff or felt like my dog was a burden to them. They take excellent care of him and work with me to prescribe medication that helps him calm down at the vet. Today I had an appointment for his routine heart worm test and an anal gland expression. They take awesome care of my dog Ozzie! Dr. Couri is the best vet, very caring and treats him like family. The business is always clean and always happy to see my puppy.
I have lost both my dogs this year (through no fault of the clinic; they both had terminal conditions). The whole staff, but Dr. Kevin Collins especially, are truly wonderful people. They took incredible care of my dogs in both preventative measures and treatment for their terminal conditions. I recently moved to the area and Meadowbrook was recommended by my realtor. I have one pet that had some health issues before I moved, so I was very pleased with the attention provided and thoroughness of the vets that saw all of my pets.
Great information and great advice on my pet. Took the time to explain everything and made my pet feel comfortable during our visit and then genuinely cared for my pets well being. Wonderful person touch by everyone during our appointment.
Have taken both Dachshunds here. Facilities are very clean and worker/Vets are super nice!!
We have been happy with with Dr. Collins and the entire staff. The quality of care, even through a pandemic, surpasses our expectations. We have always felt the knowledge and compassion provided is fantastic. Explanation of care was always informative and focused on our dogs need without being overwhelming. We never felt we were being pushed for profit. It was always focused on the care and treatment of our animal. We can not say enough positive things and continue to share our experience and recommendation to others.
We've utilized Meadowbrook for years and the staff and vets are always kind compassionate and friendly with our pets and us.
