I paid for a heart worm test and they still denied my dig' prescription!!
I enjoyed the veterinarians, however, the staff was terribly rude to me and could not explain cost. Very expensive and our bills never added up. Bad experience we won't be going back and either will my parents and their dog due to the same experience.
Meadowbrook used to be a 5 for our family, but have dropped below the middle line due to recent experiences. Our experiences have to do with the grooming side of things and also the staff's sense of urgency in communication. Let me start with the positives: The veterinarians and most of the staff are exceptionally friendly. They're knowledgeable and empathetic. The facility is clean and has a good feel when you walk in. be sure to compare pricing twith other vets. Meadowbrook's charge for a rabies shot is DOUBLE that of other local vets. they seem overly interested in 'up-selling' while examining your pet. trying to tack on additional services to (still) pay for the renovated reception area.
