From the time I walked into the front door it was such a well orchestrated experience. Every employee was polite and professional and Dr. French is the absolute best!!! Katie in the Optical Center was great! Such a big help.

The staff has been courteous, pleasant, efficient at their tasks. They seemed happy with the work they do. This contributed to my comfort, and trust. It was the first time I did not have "white coat fever" in a medical facility. I liked that they emphasized for me to ask if at any time I had questions. Two of the receptionists were gracious about repeating their comments due to my hearing impairment. I was pleased that the doctor had given me a painless and successful surgery.
